My daughter is 6 months old. Can you please suggest which flavour of the cerelac is best and at what frequency it should be given in one day.

You can choose nestle apple fruit cerelac. In the study you have to give in very less quantity because lead baby accept the new taste. And you can give it twice a day. Rather than this you should also start giving Dal Ka Paani, rice water, vegetable soup, fruit Peery. And with the time you can increase the food item in babies regular diet plan.
