A. Hi
you should go for early removal of the milk teeth as it's presence will cause malalignment of the erupting permanent teeth.
this condition is called shark teeth or double teeth

A. I think it is called shark teeth, and majority of children face this problem. My son had similar issues. When permanent tooth start erupting, usually the milk tooth starts loosening up a bit, anyways they don't have very deep roots. While brushing or otherwise, the child can slowing try to move the milk tooth with the tongue.Gradually it becomes loose and falls out but the child needs to know which tooth to move, guide him/her well by pointing his tongue to right tooth. My son had removed all his milk teeth by slowing practising. When milk teeth fall, out the permanent tooth will take its place from behind.
