my daughter is 5 yr old my suggest me what type of food give and what time give pls she having gas problem

A. To avoid gas you must add hing in cooking meals abd give her one teaspoon ajwain with Luke warm water in a day or add it’s water in cooking meals

A. gi e ajwain water fir gases.. Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. gi e sufficient fluids to keep him hydrate

A. See You should be giving everything to the child is increase the amount of fibre into your child’s daily diet also I would say that good amount of fruits are good what is the gas issue that your child is having his constant then you need to get it checked with a gastrologist once
