Mam if there would be the starting of puberty then the child will have hair in the under arms and in the vaginal region also I don’t think so that’s happening it’s probably due to gas and acidity that your child is having stomach pain for last five days if your child has been constantly complaining you should have visited the doctor so please see your Dr as soon as you can

Yes of course you can check with your doctor you should visit a gynaecologist there are some injections available which you have to get them from time to time some precautions dietary alterations and they are going to be helpful in pushing the puberty but with the symptoms you are mentioning it is not actually looking like puberty
