My daughter is 5 year old now days her body temperature is little bit increse after she get up in morning and noon time. Also her weight is just 12 kg.

Mam your child is maintaining a weight gain for a two year old child and that’s actually very less maybe due to some nutritional deficiency in the body or proper growth that’s why this could be happening haemoglobin levels can be very low that’s why probably your child is under growth like this and facing fever like this you mention so please have an assessment with your doctor regarding this
