My daughter is 49 days old.. she is having redness on both cheeks and the cheeks are dry aswell

Try Applying calamine lotion on to that area because certain time the dryness can be relieved with calamine lotion so you can apply that and just monitor it for a while if the dryness subsides with it then good otherwise will have to consult your doctor only for a better course of medication
