my daughter is 4 yr old, her weight is 21 kg, she's having high grade fever twice a day since 24th ,25,26, days, the antibiotics were given for 3 days then , then again this morning she had high grade fever, she has coughing symptoms and no vomiting, no anorexia, should we go for a blood test or is it just viral ?

A. It could be viral also but these days typhoid and all are also spreading a lot so let’s not take a chance I think since your child has crossed three complete days it would be good for you to consult consult your doctor once if they diagnose it without a blood test nothing like it otherwise get a blood test done for your child
