My daughter is 4 years old she is very skinny she is underweight plzz suggest me something for her daily diet so she can gain healthy weight πŸ™πŸ™

A. consult doctor for nutritional deficiencies as it can affect weight deworming twice a year give small frequent meals add ghee to every meal good protein from egg , non veg, sprouts, chana sattu, pulses, beans powdered nuts to food, dry fruits , milk and milk products include seasonal fruits and vegetables in daily diet
