my daughter is 4 years 3months old but she is unable to walk and talk properly due to global development delay problem.please tell me how I can improve her growth and intelligence?

A. this need to be examined first .Pediatric doctor should examine as it is difficult to advise for this without examining the baby . Further any medication according to the examination only . Also it may be required to have some test .
