my daughter is 4 months she is running 100 temperature since yesterday. she is doing green color poop, giving her medication but the temperature comes upto 100 again

Dress your child lightly. Use a sheet instead of a blanket to cover her in bed.
Breastfeed or give your baby formula often to maintain hydration of body.
