My daughter is 4 months old. She is having cough and blocked nose. Can i give her maxtra drops? Is it safe? Please suggest what quantity to be given?

A. please don't give Hi , Dear parents, Kids need detailed and proper physical examination. So that doctor can decide appropriate investigation and radiological test if needed . You may make proper video then consult to near by hospital. It is very early and difficult for me to comment at this moment
