my daughter is 4 months old now. Some kind of so n irritations are seen on her arms and thighs like scars in circular shape. It looks dry inside the skin. What is the reason behind it?

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
please keep your child cool and dry and maintain hygiene properly
