My daughter is 4 months old and I feed her milk. Even after she wakes up after getting digested, than also she vomiting the thick milk. Can I give gripe water to her.?

A. gripe water will not work. Everytime feed your baby in an upright position. if you’re breastfeeding, avoid foods like citrus, tomatoes, spicy foods, carbonated, oranges, drinks, and foods high in fat, these can leads to reflux in babies. burping is important after each feeding
