A. 11.5 is normal not to worry about it.give well balance diet, including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine n sugar.

A. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s diet. Serve your child healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Consult your child’s doctor for further assistance. Good luck and take care
