Priti ChoudharyMom of a 5 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. please make schedule for child and follow it properly. sleeping time should nt vary on day to day basis. please be consistent wid the schedule. following points should help
1. limit screen time (tv, phone). screens should be wind up prior 2 hrs of sleeping time.
2. day time naps should be on time. if its gets delayed it interferes wid night time sleep timings.
3. ensure the child is having enough physical activities like play time. u may take them to park or play with them in the house itself.
4. dim the lights atleast before 1 hr of bed time.
5 ensure beby is properly fed n nt hungry
Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Sleeping pattern in children may be variable in different age group so if the baby is active and taking proper feeding with no other complaints most of the time there is nothing to worry.
You have to just see the child should not be uncomfortable which may be because of factors like temperature of the room nasal blockage some discomfort like infantile colic or hunger.qw
In older children a proper discipline is required so that the sleeping pattern can be scheduled according to a proper time try to avoid too much of screen time with sometimes canf be the causative factor for disturbed sleep.
