This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child.

For cold / running nose give syp wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2- 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)
Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block.
For wet coughing you can gdive syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the child
Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing
For fever and pain give paracetamol
Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with wsater combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink.

good morning I would recommended will be best if you consult your doctor and start using proper medicine for the child because at this point it is important not to let the child stay sick for a longer time because the  whether is extremely cold
