My daughter is 3 yr old. She had dry cough that changed into wet cough same thing happened again with fever. But now she gets dry cough in the evening for which i give montair lc. What is the reason??? I am also allergic to this weather.

A. hi. most commom reason is low immunity kids usually have. ct with advice meds, and guve ur child ajwain water.. offer immunity booster food. avoid cold wind n cold climate
