Q.

My daughter is 3 years old. The problem is that she eats whatever and immediately goes to the toilet. If she keeps eating food, then she gets to the toilet in the middle.

A. The gastrocolic reflex is a normal reaction the body has to eating food in varying intensities. When food hits your stomach, your body releases certain hormones. These hormones tell your colon to contract to move food through your colon and out of your body.
