my daughter is 3 years old... having throat infection.... consulted dr... prescribed medications... it's 3days she is having medicines... yet fever is up and down... started anti biotics... plz suggest

A. Complete the course of medicine as the infection subsided the fever will automatically come dien abd try giving more liquids to regulate body temperature of the child and light to digest foods
