My daughter is 3 years old and have very dry lips. Can I use Vaseline petroleum on her lips?

You can use it but a better option would be antiseptic cream just leave it after applying you will see within half an hour to 40 minutes it is going to get little soft then you can clean that skin and apply that regularly twice or thrice in the Day special in the night before sleeping
