My daughter is 3 years 2 months. The weight is 13.80.She has had a fever since the afternoon. the fever is repeating after every 3 hours. the doctor has suggested meftal p syrup. I have given the first dose... earlier was giving paracetamol. please suggest what needs to be done in case the fever subsides but reoccura after 3 hours. should I take her to an emergency

kindly give paracetamol for fever and it is given according to the weight as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
whether higher medicines are required or not will be told by the doctor.
keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever
do body sponge c c and give plenty of water to drink and easily digestible food.
