Q.
my daughter is 3 mnth25 days old...from last 3 days she is doing watery poops.....day before yesterday she does 12 times,yesterday she does 6 times...I m giving entergermina to her....is it sufficient to give this medicine...n till how many days we have to give her entergermina...or. any other medicineis recommend to her??she is on formula feed

Watery poop is normal in case of teething. Since baby is small, and on formula feed, it may be possible that formula is not suitable to baby. Try changing thd formula brand.
Else check other Symptoms in baby and consult doc online.
