Q.

my daughter is 3 and a half years old and gets fever sometimes with no symptom of cough cold or infection and subsides on its own in a day or two...what could be the reason?

A. Hello ma’am Sometimes it gets get tired also or are exhausted fever comes it is very normal and it is due to sometimes weakness in the body so it would be better to consult your paediatrician because if your child is getting fever over and over in small small span of time also then that is definitely not good
