Q.

My daughter is 2month 18 days old .She has the symptoms of cold and Sneezing . I m giving her some medicines prescribed by doctor ..but I want to know ,how can I cure it using home remedies.?

A. Turmeric or haldi has been lauded for its healing properties for centuries now, so it isn’t surprising that it’s a part of lots of home remedies in India. Mix a little turmeric with warm water to make a smooth paste, and apply this mixture on your baby’s chest, forehead, and the soles of his feet. Wash it away after some time. The heat from the turmeric will help in diluting the mucus and allow it to ooze out easier.
