My daughter is 2 years old and still now she does not say anything apart from "Mamma". Please suggest.

But if your child is understanding every thing and responding well do anything and every thing as per the age and there is no problem still if you would want you can actually consult a doctor one time you should go ahead with consulting a speech therapist one time
