my daughter is 2 years and 22 days she is suffering from fever from last Sunday We visited the doctor and he said it was viral but it's Wednesday she is not recovering everyday when we give her medicine her temperature becomes normal after sometime she again got high fever this process is continuing from Sunday what should we and what should we feed her during this time period

A. Today is the third day of fever so don’t worry so from tomorrow she will start recovering so give medicine on regular intervals to the child and keep her hydrated
