My daughter is 2 Year & 7 months. Though active but very lean and thin. Please suggest in this regard.

A. Hello good morning ।। If baby is active, achieving milestones good at cognitive skills weight is average range then no need to worry about weight, looking lean,some babies look Leah but have bone weight. Banana, mango, potato, beans, Dal (moongdal, chanadal, toordal, urad Dal ladoo), Idly,ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer, dry fruits and nuts, egg, meat helps in increasing weight.

A. My daughter is exactly the same. she is super active but very lean, doctor says this is how her body type is, so no need to worry. Every child is unique so concentrate on her diet, no supplements are required.
