my daughter is 2 year 4 month old talk only double world like" mammy chalo" " bubble dede" etc ... and she doesn't like try to new thing new food and some time walk on top toes

don't worry.
just serve it again and again
but don't force your child to take it
let your child take time to decide to taste or to accept the new food.

it is all normal
just keep communicating with your child more
play different games,point out different objects and talk with your child about it which help to increase your child vocabulary .
