Q.
My daughter is 2 months old. since a week she has nasal congestion.we have been using saline nasal drop( nasoclear)but, still every night she gets a nose block. is it safe to use nasal drops so frequently? can we rely on nasal drop so much? do we need to physically meet a pediatrician in case the nose block continues? kindly guide..

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. the most common cause of recurrent nasal blockage would be due to the temperature variations around the child that is from hot to cold and cold to hot temperature so kindly look into that otherwise the child will suffer from cough and cold again and again along with nasal blockage and nasal saline drops is totally safe and can be given more than 10 times per day also
