My daughter is 2.8 years old and today she had motion more than 5 times and I found mucus and blood substance in her potty please guide me??

Usually blood is an indication of stomach infection so you should check with your doctor also mucus is visible so I think the chances are very high of a stomach infection you please check with the doctor if required get us to test done for clarity and treatment according
