my daughter is 2.6 years from a week her forehead part seems very hot. but her activities are normal but only forehead is very hot than usual. should I worry please guide me doctor

please measure the temperature at first
I would suggest to use Babyhug thermometer which gives accurate measurement.
if it is 100f or above,you should consult your pediatrician.
please avoid overdressing
keep your child in well vantileted room
give bath twice in a day.
keep your child well hydrated,it is most important
