My daughter is 2.5 years old it's very hard for her to motion from the last 2 days she did not have motion.Also. if she motions it's very hard what medicine can be given please suggest

You should check with your doctor what tool softener would be ideally good to be used for your child as of now but in general you should try to include lots of fluids and fibre in the diet which will help in better digestion and easy motion because you cannot depend upon the softeners and laxative for a long duration
