My daughter is 2.3 yr old n very night her cough triggered Please suggest

A. Cough in a child could be allergic , infective or due to sfuome other cause like GERD so it needs proper valuation before givuing any medication . Primarily you can give steam inhalation to the child for the improvement before consulting your doctor.
