my daughter is 2.10 months old & suffers with constipation everyday.pls suggest any tonic or syrup that can be given.

A. dear mom. laxative is not solution, and better to avoid use of it. good to correct her diet.offer wholegrains, finer rich fruits n vegetabkes, stop biscuits, cakes orother maida food. give lots of fluids/water
