Q.

My daughter is 1year old...She doesn't take any formula milk or buffalo milk...She is under weight at just 8 kgs..I keep trying to feed her...Trying different foods but she hardly eats anything..She doesn't even take cerelac..What am I supposed to do to gain her weight.. Although my daughter is active and started walking, but her weight is a big worry for me...Any suggestions how to make her eat...I am also trying to make her food interesting and tasty but she won't eat...What am I supposed to do...

A. Hello mom avoid to force feed her , instead once hungry they will eat better, you can also offer her food from your plate, when you eat ,make her eat from your feed. also you may try cows milk if possible it is quite similar to mothers milk,

A. Dear, 8kgs is not considered underweight. Please do not force feed the child will hate Eating instead offer variety and make it look nice by using different coloured fruits and veggies, different shapes, self feeding is also recommended as they get interested in food even more
