my daughter is 14 months old. Nowadays she is licking the mud and dust more. what is the reason for that? any medicine we should give for stopping that? some people around me telling that because of worms in her stomach? is that the reason only?

due to iron deficiency as well as nutritional deficiency children place dirty things in the oral cavity as well as they may lick soil or they may lick thze walls.
they may place footwears in their oral cavity.
meet your doctor because iron supplements needs to be started zand give food rich in iron
