if there is no symptoms then no need to worry
if child is taking breastfeeding ,then please offer it as per his.or her needs ,it contains antibodies which help your child to fight against viral or bacterial infection
keep your child well hydrated
offer homemade healthy food
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
