my daughter is 13 months old, she drinks Buffalo milk at night, i dont add water to it, she passes stool very hard, also i feed her ragi in morning, does this lead to hard stool?

Give more fiber-rich fruits and vegetables on daily basis and offer drinking more water will help in constipation.
