Start to give all foods you cook at home. try to give only family foods. You can start giving all family foods that you cook at home . Everything that you have can be given to baby with less spice and less oil. Try to. Make it a habit to feed all foods. Esle they may avoid in future. Avoid snacks and other junks and from the beginning and replace with fruits and nuts.Here are few options.. Breakfast - idli, dosa, pongal, oats, chapati soaked n sambar or milk, upma, poha, potato mash, banana mash, ragi porridge, multigrain porridge, Lunch - rice with milk, dal, watery sambar, any veggie rice, Khicidi, for snacks you czn choose veggies n fruits cheese panner eggs dinner chapatis, rice is a still a good option, khicidi, dosa idly
