Q.

My daughter is 11 weeks old and since 3 days she's not sleeping at night. She used to sleep during day time. What shud i do to make her sleep at night?

A. hi j maintain calm environment, dim lights at night even during feeding. keep the day activity in bright light , do minimum interaction with baby at night. swaddle well till 3 months of age. make use of her favourite blanket/ toy, so they feel secure.
