my daughter is 11 month old and I give her fibre rich food after that she is passing hard tools and cries alot every time she poops..,doc gave livoluk syrup but I dnt want to get used to it

A. Hello mom sure that along with fibre you also give little bit of semisolid and also fluid consistency foods like soups or fruit juices , dals , water etc also would be Helpful
