My daughter is 1 month old and she passes pooh either daily once or once in 2 days(yellow, soft) .. is this normal? if we need to increase frequency do we need to make diet changes for mom?

A. Dear parent, passing stool once in 2 days is absolutely normal for your baby. There are no changes required in mother’s diet. As a breastfeeding mother what she eats does not affect baby digestion.
