A. ya to make baby sleep early around 10 o'clock in the night and make sure that baby do not sleep much during the daytime then only the sleep cycle will be maintained

Q. #asktheexpert how to change the baby sleep schedule? my daughter used to sleep at 12:00-1:00 in the night and have good sleep till morning 10:00 - 11:00. But from last 1.5 months she is sleeping around 3:30-4:00 and waking up around 1:30-2:30. So here entire schedule is getting messed up.
