A. for perianal/perigenital rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper (rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincaxl) but if it is not improving then at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash. x to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper.
