my daughter having fever ..what medicine should I give to her?

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician4 years agoA. Any temperature above 100 F is fever in babies
Always measures temperature in armpits only.
No need to give any fever medicine if fever is below 100 F.
If asociated complaints like cough, cold, loose motion
Treat that accordingly as per ur pediatricians advice.
Keep ur baby well hydrated.
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day.
Visit ur pediatrician once.

If the fever is above 100 F then u can give paracetamol to ur baby. Repeat the dose after six hours if fever comes again. Give easily digestable food like khichdi, rice curd etc to the baby.
