Q.
my daughter have cough for 3 days. She also had running nose. we have given sinarest syrup. running nose is under control but coughing is not under constrol. what medicine can be given

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. kindly give syrup allegra /histafree 5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin / ambrodil s 5 ml twice daily.
give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drinkr.
give home remedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child that is prevent hotd to cold and cold to hot weather.
