My Daughter have cold and cough, she had a running nose but now cough has become dry and blood is coming from her nose. Her body temperature is 99. Is there anything serious

Definitely does not seem good at all I would suggest you to check with your doctor because nose bleeding at any given point of time is not considered good so it’s better that you check with your doctor one time and accordingly the help you with for the medication
