A. better to give only paracetamol to the baby bFever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees

A. Yes but better to consult your paediatrician once for same because if it is bacterial fever, treatment requires antibiotics for proper cure
