my daughter has loosemotioms..her stool is yellow n watery, she did potty 8-9 times a day, but she is taking milk properly n happily doing regular activities, sleep s well.. what should we do for her motions?

A. if the baby is 4 months old is having loose motion you can give entromax 2.5 ml twice a day for three days also consult your doctor so that he can examine the child
