Q.

my daughter has high fever since Tuesday. The temperature is 101 but the problem is the fever is only during the night. The entire day she feels okay. Can you please help?

A. that's good for fever as well as pain kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature. also when u take temperature in the armpit of the child and it is 100 or more then only consider it as fever and give paracetamol. higher medicinxes for fever like ibugesic and mefenamic has to be given only after medical consultation. after giving fever medicines you can wait for maximum 3 days and then meet your doctor if it is not improving. keep the child in cool atmosphere

A. Sometimes by the end when a child gets exhausted the fever comes so in this case if it is only happening in the night then you should just get a check with your doctor ones to a further clarity because I have to examine the child to give you a ride solution to that

Q. My baby has had a high fever since last night, The temperature was 103 °, started giving him paracetamol dolo drops every 6 hours gap and after 2 sponge baths the temperature came down to 101°.
